Grand Hyatt Beijing Hotel

This hotel is strategically located in the heart of the city, providing easy access to a wide range of shopping and dining options. it is connected to a big shopping mall where we had endless food options to choose from. The hotel is well-positioned in a competitive market, which speaks volumes about its reputation in the city. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay for us.

Great location for exploring the city, with a shopping mall and subway nearby. Impressive swimming pool and well-equipped gym. Special lounge adds a touch of convenience. Friendly staff offer personalized service.

The shuttle service was luxurious and efficient. The hotel staff were accommodating and helpful, providing excellent assistance at the airport and during check-in. Breakfast buffet was delicious and filling, with great coffee. The tour guide was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The hotel's location was perfect, with a shopping mall downstairs and easy access to attractions.

Rooms were poorly maintained, with dirty corners and unpleasant odor in the quilt. reminded me of a poorly maintained hotel.

During my two-week stay at Grand Hyatt Beijing, I experienced really good concierge service. The hotel's management was responsive, addressing every need promptly and providing us with true VIP treatment. They even were really nice by joining us for dinner one evening. The location of the hotel was ideal, as we could easily walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and tourist sites. The highlight for my family was the amazing pool that resembled a scene from a Disney movie, a hit with the kids.

Although the room I stayed in at Grand Hyatt Beijing was a bit dated in terms of design, it was still nice and well-maintained. The hotel did an excellent job of keeping the room clean and providing ample storage space.

Nothing could have been better.

During my Christmas stay, I was delighted by the beautiful Christmas decorations in the hotel, including wreaths and a grand Christmas tree in the lobby. The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to all the major shopping areas, Tian'anmen Square, and the Forbidden City. the hotel had a luxurious pool and jacuzzi area that offered a fantastic way to relax during the winter season.

The music selection in the lounge was not to my liking and the hotel staff were not willing to turn it down. the firmness of the bed was not as comfortable as I would have preferred for a relaxing stay.

Enjoyed a comfortable and quiet stay at Grand Hyatt in Beijing. The spacious rooms and excellent wifi made it easy to relax and stay connected. The location was perfect, within walking distance of popular attractions and shopping areas. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes, both oriental and western. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was ideal, as it was just a short taxi ride away from major attractions in the center of the city. We were able to easily explore the city and return to our hotel without any hassle. Additionally, we were pleased to find that the hotel was very close to a shopping strip, which included a great night market.

Despite our repeated requests, our room entry passes did not work and the issue was never rectified. It was frustrating to have to deal with this problem multiple times during our stay.

Bright, modern lobby with proactive staff. Neat, modern room. Linked to upscale shopping mall. Conveniently located near Wangfujing street and subway station. Great swimming pool and live music in the bar. Good breakfast with excellent coffee.

We had a luxurious stay at this venue, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled every need. the staff provided exceptional service, always polite and obliging. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, and the indoor swimming pool and sauna were peaceful havens. Our room advantages were impressive, with private facilities and a delicious in-room breakfast.

The only minor issue we experienced was the limited selection of alcohol drinks in the bar. Despite this, the restaurant served delicious food and the snack bar was a convenient option.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with comfortable and clean rooms, made me feel right at home. The hotel facilities were great, from the pool and gym to the lobby bar, perfect for relaxing drinks. The location was ideal, as it was close to a big shopping mall with plenty of food options and within walking distance to many major attractions in the center of the city. The staff was really good, speaking English fluently and being helpful and friendly.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the service was exceptional from check, in to the Spa & Wellness centre where the sauna was just what I needed to relax. the indoor swimming pool was a true oasis, and the private facilities were truly incredible. the room advantages were more than I had expected, including a lovely restaurant for dining and an exquisite in, room breakfast that satisfied my every need.

The only minor issue was that the bar/lounge area could have used more seating , I had to wait a bit longer than I would have liked to get a drink. this was a small inconvenience and everything else about this hotel was truly outstanding.
